Our Compliance Framework

Microelettrica's compliance framework is based on its Organizational, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and its Code of Ethics, together with the principles and standards of the Knorr-Bremse Group.

These documents provide guidance for responsible and ethical business conduct and define the principles we expect to be respected throughout our activities and business relationships.

Respect for human rights is an integral part of this commitment and extends across our operations and business relationships.

Speak Up: Reporting Compliance Concerns

We encourage employees and external stakeholders to speak up if they become aware of potential misconduct or violations of laws, regulations or internal rules.

Concerns can be reported through IntegrityVoice, the Knorr-Bremse Group reporting system, also anonymously where permitted by applicable law. Reports are handled confidentially and in accordance with the applicable requirements.
