Activities

  • Support the Infrastructure Sales Manager in driving business growth and developing the Infrastructure, Components and Systems market segment.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders across Engineering, Procurement, Operations and Manufacturing functions, fostering collaboration, identifying business opportunities and driving sustainable growth.
  • Support the planning and execution of regular customer visits and meetings to maintain awareness of ongoing projects, customer requirements and market developments.
  • Contribute to the analysis of customer needs and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Support pricing activities and commercial evaluations to contribute to business profitability.
  • Participate in the preparation and management of technical and commercial offers, including clause-by-clause analysis of customer specifications and tender requirements.
  • Support the preparation of documentation for public tenders and commercial proposals.
  • Follow up quotations and support order negotiation activities.
  • Support day-to-day communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor projects and market developments, ensuring effective reporting and sharing of relevant information within the organization.
  • Collect and maintain competitor and market intelligence data.
  • Support business development initiatives in cooperation with sales agents and commercial partners.

Experience & Education

  • Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Previous internship, thesis project or academic experience related to railway, infrastructure or industrial applications is considered a plus.
  • Good command of English.
  • Good command of Italian.
  • Proficiency in an additional language is considered a plus.
  • Availability for occasional national and international travel.

In line with our commitment to pay transparency, the expected salary range for this Apprentiship Position is €30,000–€32,000 gross annual salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
