Junior Tactical Buyer
Main Responsibilities
- Manage material planning activities based on production requirements, customer demand, and MRP output
- Analyze, schedule, and monitor material requirements to ensure the continuous supply of components and materials to production lines
- Create, review, and release purchase orders and forecast schedules through SAP
- Manage supplier order confirmations, delivery schedules, and follow-up activities to ensure on-time delivery performance
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with Production Planning to balance material availability and stock optimization targets
- Proactively identify potential supply shortages, delays, and bottlenecks, implementing corrective actions to minimize production risks
- Act as the primary interface with suppliers for operational purchasing topics, expediting critical deliveries when necessary
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Production, and Logistics teams to resolve material-related issues
- Maintain procurement and planning master data accuracy within SAP
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing procurement efficiency, inventory management, and supply chain performance
- Support tactical sourcing activities and supplier management initiatives under the guidance of strategic buyers
- Ensure compliance with company procurement processes, policies, and quality standards.

Experience & Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related disciplines
- Good understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
- Professional working proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
- Knowledge of MRP concepts and inventory management principles, preferably SAP MM (Materials Management) is considered a strong advantage

In line with our commitment to pay transparency, the expected salary range for this Apprentiship Position is €30,000–€32,000 gross annual salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications
