2008 - Re-merge of Microdigit

2009 - Acquisition of Officine De Zan S.r.l. and EMC Traction S.r.l.

2010 - Acquisition of Heine Resistor and establishment of Microelettrica do Brasil

2010 - Acquisition of Heine Resistor and establishment of Microelettrica do Brasil

2011 - Merger of Officine De Zan and EMC Traction into Microelettrica Scientifica S.p.A.

2011 - Acquisition of Comet Fans and establishment of MSA Elektroteknik Ltd.

2012 to today

2012 - Consolidation of Italian facilities in new Buccinasco Headquarter Building

2014 - 60% Acquisition of Casram Rail S.p.A.

2016 - Comet Fans moved to the headquarters in Buccinasco

2017 - Acquisition of Metering Division of Casram SpA and relocation to the headquarters in Buccinasco

2019 - Merger by incorportation of Casram Rail S.p.A. into Microelettrica Scientifica S.p.A.

2020 – Move of our American subsidiary MS USA to the KBC headquarter in Westminster

2020 - Localization in India for the local market of our main contactor ranges
